What is Alpha Phi Omega?

APhiO is a co-ed national service fraternity across the United States. We participate in service to the college, to the state, to the nation, and to the world.

Where are we located?

The Zeta Kappa chapter is located at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Who can join?

Zeta Kappa is open to any current BGSU student no matter age, gender, sexual orientation, race, etc. If you would like to help people and make lifelong friends in the process, than APhiO might be the right choice for you!

What are we founded on?

Alpha Phi Omega was founded on the principles of scouting. Our three pillars are Leadership-Friendship-and Service (LFS)

When were we founded?

Alpha Phi Omega was founded in 1925 by Frank Reed Horton at Lafayette College. Our BGSU Zeta Kappa chapter was founded in 1948.
